For clothing and small items we will post via Royal Mail £3.95
General Orders are despatched up to 5 working days after receipt of payment. Our personalised hampers, gifts and nappy cakes may take up to 7 working days for dispatch. Once your order has been dispatched for delivery you will receive an e-mail confirmation. We use a courier service and Royal mail and although we can track an item we cannot guarantee it will arrive in the timescales advised by the delivery agency. All orders placed with us can be sent straight to your door or directly to the recipient if it is a gift. We ensure all invoices are sent electronically to the registered e-mail address and never included in the package.
If any items are urgent please contact us before you purchase and we will do all in our power, where possible, to dispatch sooner.
We may refuse to accept an order:
(a) Where goods are not available
(b) Where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment
(c) If there has been a pricing or product description error
(d) If you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions
(e) If the order is to be delivered outside of Europe. For orders outside the EU, please contact email@example.com
(f) If your order for personalised products contains content, which is deemed inappropriate for an order, i.e. threatening or abusive.
(g) If we believe your order is for commercial or other non-domestic concerns
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
We ensure everythimng is checked and to our high standards before it is sent out and a lot of care is put into packaging each product to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Occasionally we may not have exact items in stock and we may experience temporary shortages of some items through our suppliers that are out of our control, we will substitute with products of the same or superior quality. If we are unable to fulfil your order, for any reason, we will contact you and offer alternatives where possible. A refund for all monies already paid will be made to the account used.
If for any reason we have made a mistake with the personalisation, we will ensure that the mistake is resolved immediately. We will cover all costs for the returns of the product and replace instantly
If any order which is delivered faulty or damaged then we will replace it with either the same product, or a full refund will be given as long as the item/s are returned in its original packaging within 7 days of purchase.
